Conventional air fresheners work by adding scent on top of an odour — a layer of synthetic fragrance that wears off and leaves the original smell underneath. Eco Air Freshener works on a different principle. The Method

Zinc ricinoleate is a plant-derived odour neutralizer — paired and balanced by Diana and Angelo Diadelfo, M.Eng., environmental engineers since 2010.
Disperse a fine water-based mist
The spray releases a fine water-based mist carrying the active into the air and onto soft surfaces — no propellant, no aerosol solvent, no VOC carrier.
Bind the odour molecule
Zinc ricinoleate, the plant-derived active, binds the volatile odour molecules — the actual compounds your nose registers as smell — instead of layering a stronger scent over them.
Neutralize at the source
Once bound, the odour molecule can no longer reach your nose. The smell is neutralized rather than masked — so when the spray fades, the odour does not return underneath it.
Evaporate and break down
The water and bio-ethanol carrier evaporate clean. Anything that reaches the drain is biodegradable to OECD 301D, phosphate-free, with a modern MGDA chelator in place of EDTA.
